Menopause is having a moment.
Everyone is talking about perimenopause and menopause, and finally, helpful and accurate information is more readily available. Even celebrities such as Oprah and Drew Barrymore share personal journeys and offer support groups.
No longer is silent suffering an inevitable stage of a woman’s life, perimenopause and menopause awareness and education are front and center. What took so long?
Rather than dwell on frustration and anger, I will share some of my go-to resources. My list is short, and I know much more is out there, so PLEASE share your favorites with me!
